When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and additional 5-7 business days for the delivery of your package(s). We greatly appreciate your patience. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Tostart a return/exchange,you must first contact us atAdmin@4Fortyfour.shop with the Subject Line "RETURN" OR “EXCHANGE. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1110 NUUANU AVE. #A1-5294 HONOLULU, HAWAII 96817.

If your return is accepted in time, we’ll send you a FREE return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I know if I will get refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved for store credit or not. If approved, you’ll be dispersed the exact price per item returned into your customer account. Please remember it can take some time for your store credit to post we're grateful for your patience in advance. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and no store credit is received, please contact us at Admin@4Fortyfour.shop, subject line "Return SOS".

Is there anything you don't take as a return?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and service based modalities (such as spiritual readings and the like). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What do I do if my order is missing?

If by chance you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it was delivered, please check with your local post office, neighbors or building manager, before contacting us. Finally, if you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order. 4Forty-Four is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered.
